So disappointed as I had high hopes to have my refrigerator and freezer working for Christmas as it was promised to me. However, it is now Christmas Eve and I have to throw away all the food in the freezer and refrigerator but both are still not working properly and tomorrow is Christmas Day. The sad thing is that this was my first Christmas with my great grand children but now I have no food for them on Christmas Day. I paid cash for the service since I was in a desperate stage, cell That means no Christmas dinner for me and my family since everything is now in the garbage. This company should have never promised me to fix my freezer and fridge. All the other companies were honest and all told me they could not come until Tuesday the 26th I would have never put my food in there if I knew it wasnt gonna continue working, Thank you Docs Appliance for scamming me and ruining my Christmas family dinner.

Brooke was extremely polite and knowledgeable and was able to make a same-day appointment. Customer service is rare nowadays, and she sets the bar really high! Strongly recommend Speedy Appliance
