        SAVE YOUR CLOTHES AND YOUR MONEY and go somewhere else. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It only that but I will take further measures. This is seriously property damage. They called me to tell me that they cant clean a stain do I want them to use water, I said no I will take it elsewhere. This is a 400$ Gucci blouse that they ruined and charged me for it. Unprofessional and unreliable to Continue with my review and to show your unprofessionalism I never spoke about the other items. Im speaking of the one in the photo here that you put in holes and ruined. I was aware that Roberto cavali had a stain. I would rather you dont touch if you dont know how to handle

        At the beginning everything was fine following instructions on how Id like my clothes to be handled. After years using their services, they just didnt care anymore. To top it off, I received a miserable coupon and then tried to used it. And then came with the lame and ridiculous excuses not to honer it. Sent an email with the situation and no one had the curtesy to reply back at least to provide any reason or explanation. Seems like they dont care about customer service and quality control. Hope this helps others.

      I am sorry, your blouse was brought with a stain that could not be removed with the regular process. Another of your blouses we didn’t process at all the Robert Caballi one because you already brought it damaged, and the turtleneck you brought we asked you to sign a release to process. We did what we could with what you brought. Some items may not be able to clean and have permanent damage or stains.

      Hi Mr González. I am sorry. I never saw your email. With respect to the coupons, we honor them always as long as they are not expired, as long as they apply to the type of item your are bringing , and that you bring the coupon in when you bring the items, ( not when you are picking them up). Our rules are stated on the coupons but some customers fail to read them and get mad. The rules are simple and clear and if you follow them you can take advantage of every discount or offer you get from us.Regarding your specific packing instructions, on your last visit we must have missed reading the instructions so we apologize. We used the paper covers when you call for leaving them off; we clipped the sleeves together instead of leaving them hanging, and we packaged more than 2 pieces per bag against your request. We never charged you for the special handling you require, which we believe it actually reduces safeguarding the quality of the cleaning longer if they remain stored. Sorry to see you go. I wish you could overlook a negligible human mistake which doesn’t really affect what we really do for you. We thank you for the business we did for you.
