Chase Bank

I was waiting forever in drive- up area because no one came to the window! When I went inside no one greeted me or let me know they would be right with me. I was in a long line and the tellers are counting money and one teller just sitting there. I had to go ask if she was going to call who was next. I let her know my frustration in waiting so long with no acknowledgement. Then I overheard the other tellers mumble something over their breath. The customer service is HORRIBLE!!! It is not welcoming at all. I literally only go there because its nearby!

Alicia is super rude and didnt help me at all. She was in a bad mood and didnt even looked at my documents or tried to solve my problem!

Everyone in here is excellent, efficient, quick, and courteous. I drive past 2 other Chase just to conduct business with the best crew!!!!

Great service very helpful.I drive pass the branch closer to me to use this location Just got a letter saying my branch on 9999 miramar Pkwy will close on December 14 please don't allow any of those employees especially the manager to come over there that culture will ruin your branch.

only 3-4 people working and only 1 can make deposits I'm a customer and I manage all my accounts with Chase but don't waste your time visiting this office.
