When Heather Curry came on as our agent (wow, what a gem she is!!!!), she told us up front the best way to sell was to vacate the house and make significant updates like redo the floor/carpet and paint all of the interior a bright neutral. We vacated the house and proceeded with making those changes. We got two offers in less than a week! Heather made our long distance move so much smoother with her expertise and constant communication, and I can't emphasize enough how amazing she is as a person and as an agent. She was very sweet and trying to help real estate transaction quickly. But those help are tagged with a huge price tag. Be aware that. She was also double dipping for a signing service not a Notary service she provided me. She was inexperienced and didnt communicate with my lender and 1031 attorney for the fund to be released. I dont recommend her at all. The home closing was delayed more than 7 days.
