Our stay in Destin was fantastic. Just what this busy family needed! The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Master bed was really comfy. Booking and communication through Newman-Daily was excellent, no problems and they answered all our questions. We would definitely stay again or in another of their properties. Even the beach chair setup guys were awesome! Always asked if we needed help. Thanks for helping make our vacation so wonderful!

The worst property Management ever all they want is the money they don't want to help you out when you have a problem with your condo whatsoever it's the worst HOA that I've dealt with been trying to get something fixed for three or four years it's ridiculous they never call you back poor poor management HOA company

Really disappointing and frustrating experience with Newman-Dailey. Purchased Red Sky Travel Insurance at Newman-Daileys recommendation and through their booking site. Cancelled trip due to Tropical Storm Alberto and state of emergency declared by Gov Rick Scott. In spite of storm surge watch, likely flooding, and predicted damaging winds reported by National Weather Service and the National Hurricane Center, I was told I would not receive a refund unless there was a mandatory hurricane evacuation. Newman-Dailey will not even refund the $175 cleaning fee for a condo we are not using! I guess they are pocketing that too. Our family has been vacationing in Santa Rosa Beach, FL, every year for 14 years and have never had a bad customer service experience until now. Borderline deceptive business practices. Well never rent from them again. UPDATE: Newman-Dailey decided to refund the cleaning fee. Still never renting from them again. A state of emergency declared by the Governor and being in the direct path of the storm should qualify as "hazardous weather" under the travel insurance they promote!

My family and I loved every bit of our vacation!! The only issue we had was the lock on our door broke but the locksmith was out to fix it in less than 30 minutes!! We couldn't be happier with the service, location, and amenities.
