The worst rental experience ever. They did a horrible job fixing the rental property knowing there were plumbing issues of the property(that caused holes in the ceilings due to leaking water). There are current flooring issues due to no ventilation for the dryer to release heat causing buckling in the floors. The property manager would not acknowledge the amount of work needed that was reported while living there and even went as far as to lie saying the tenants caused damage to a roof that looks like had not been re shingled in over a decade. All in all then came back to take the deposit after the tenants had repainted and had the nerve to charge 2900.00 to repaint what was already painted. This company is malicious and predatory make sure you CYA and be prepared to lawyer up. And Denise was the worst of all. If you call the assistant hangs up on you unless you owe them money. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. There is sooo much more I could add. JUST DONT DO IT!!

I just wanted to recommend Keller Realty and property management to anyone looking to rent or buy a place. I've been renting from them for over a year now and I just renewed my lease for another year. The staff is always so professional and so nice. They bend over backwards to help you no matter what it is you need. They stayed late to get me into my rental when they didn't have to. I had been looking for a place for a while and was ready to give up when they called me to tell me they had the perfect place that just came open and took me to see it immediately. It was perfect for me they knew exactly what I needed and found me the perfect place. I couldn't be happier with their maintenance and the upkeep is so good I hardly ever have anything go wrong but when it does its so easy to just put in an online repair request and they respond right away and everyone that comes to work on my place is so professional and so nice. I couldn't ask for a better property manager. So if you are looking for a place let them find you one you definitely won't be disappointed they are amazing.

Jim Winchell was the best property manager I have ever had, and I have had a few. He was always responsive, whether it be a text or phone call, and quick to provide assistance. It was great being tenants for them, would highly recommend.
