I’ve tried several other cleaning services in the area and JLM is by far the best. I contacted JLM for a one time deep cleaning with very short notice and Denise made it happen. The staff were on time, very friendly, and thorough. I now have JLM doing bi-weekly cleanings and they haven’t disappointed. I’ve never seen a kitchen sink shine the way mine does after each cleaning! Denise is always available and genuinely cares about her clients. I couldn’t be happier! Denise gave me a free 2 hour trial cleaning where her team did the kitchen and master bath. They texted before arrival and showed up right on time. The team was friendly and professional, and they were meticulous with details. They did an amazing job and I will definitely be working with JLM on future cleaning.

We've been using JLM for about 2 months now (bi-weekly cleanings) and I am so happy with their services!! Both my husband and I work full time jobs outside the home while also taking care of our child and two dogs, so having one less thing to worry about is great. Denise has been so easy to work with, and everything is automated when scheduling, which makes it so effortless. Her team does a great job and our house always looks great when I get home from work. JLM really makes you feel at home and like family. It's the best cleaning service I've ever used! The cleaners showed up right on time and started cleaning right away. They knew exactly what I wanted before they even came and wasted no time at all. Digital booking, confirmation, reminders, and invoices made the service easy to use and seamless from start to finish, which is something very important to me with my busy schedule. The staff was super friendly and very professional. I was able to still work from home while they did all the cleaning and it felt like they weren't even there. I checked everything out when they finished and there was nothing more I could ask for. I have to give a special thank you to Maureen, as I watched the way she scrubbed, polished and repeated until it was perfect, all the while with a huge smile on her face. She was fun to talk to too, almost like I've known her my whole life. The attention to detail, especially in the time they completed everything, was very impressive. I don't think I ever saw my house so clean. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to stay in my house a little longer before settlement.
