Definitely buyer beware with this company. They will try to overcharge you whenever they can, whether it is for refueling the car or returning it late. IF you have to rent from them get receipts for EVERYTHING!

TRAVELERS BE WARNED:
Do not even think of renting a car from Economy. They charge $1,000.00 deposit if you wish to use your insurance (binder) and refuse theirs. Hidden charges, scamming and rudeness are abound if you do make the innocently but wrong decision to rent here. The agent, Alfred, was disrespectful and has no knowledge in human decency and lacks the ability in proper business communication.
I allege your credit card number is not safe here and their cars are junkie. I hereby respectfully request that city, state and federal jurisdictions investigate Economy's questionable business practices. If you still come here be prepared for "rent a car double talk" to get your hard earned dollars.

The worst car renting experience!!!
I paid in full with expedia and even added insurance through them so i would have no surprises. But when i got to the register, they lied to me and said that expedia charge is a different charge and lied again saying that they couldn't use my car insurance and charged me an extra $330 for 10 days (i found out later they lied) called them on the same day and they told me they couldn't change anything. I said ok. When i returned the car tho, i filled up the tank about an hour before returning it and they charged me for a filling charge ! Around $100 dollars! When i argued that it was full, they asked me if i had a picture of the tank meter!
They charged me for tolls but couldn't show me proof of the tolls i used (another $150). NEVER AGAIN!

The worst car rental place I've been to. They give me a dirty car they change the car to a car that had a problem. called to let them know he told me I couldn't do nothing but bring it back I was 2 hours away I said I would like to speak to a manager he told me I would have to email the manager I never heard of that I would not recommend this car rental to anybody or ever use it again

This is the worst car rental company I've ever used. Don't believe Orbitz! There website quoted a daily rental at $12 dollars a day. I paid for 10 days online with a promise that there would be no suprises upon arrrival. Don't believe it!!! Instead of $150, I end of paying $568! The woman at the counter said no refund for the $150 I had initially paid on Orbitz and since I was late from my horrible Delta flight, I got stuck with this rental scam. The Nissan Versa they booked me for was old and ran horribly. Someone washed the windows with a grease rag and I couldn't see where I was going. I had to stop and clean the inside and outside of the window with Windex. NEVER AGAIN!
