        11 out of 10. Fantastic service. After having to make a change at the start of the rental, Eddy set us up with a great car and offered to give us a ride to the airport at the end of the rental. When we called to let Eddy know what time we were going to drop off the car, Eddy told us that he thought we were running late and offered to meet us at the gate and pick up the car directly at the gate!!! He was right and the last minute arrangement meant that we could just barely catch our flight!!! Would highly recommend VIP to anyone travelling to Miami .

        I had never used this rental company before. We were glad to do so. Very good service and by far best rental experience. We got to the Miami airport and our rental car was waiting outside, a simple signature and we were on our way out. Flew out from Lauderel airport and they were on point and picking up the vehicle with no issues. Thank you VIP Rental USA we were very pleased! We will continue to use you guys.
