Nice guy helping me out and worst manager in charge off the store told him literally in front of me not to help me out and go to another store. If you cant help people out just close your store. Dont even think about coming to this place and talk to this lady. Sucks.

Terrible service. The manager is super rude. Does not give information. She takes people out of the store and sends them to call 1800 because she is not going to give information. Terrible. Don't go to that store

Drop off location @ 2460 NW 36th Miami location is the ABSOLUTE WORST bunch of Thugs working there one could impossibly imagine!! Returned Truck w more Fuel, they had the audacity to actually charge me more at drop off. My Receipts actually proved my point that I was correct! Literally made me jump through hoops to get the charge refunded. (I didnt care how small it was) Youre better off driving a little further and returning elsewhere! Corporate was able to step in and rectify the issue and for that Im grateful. I hate liars and this is what this place represents: Liars!! - They are counting on after driving #1350 miles, you wont be bothered with the insignificant dollar amount that they fraudulently charge you as youre rushing to leave! Sorry I did have the time! Time enough to let others know also! Thanks for NOTHING Denise!!
