Marcie goes above and beyond other title attorneys. I have used Worldwide Title for most of my real estate closings, both purchases and sales, as well as for recording notes, quit claim deeds, and other title issues. When we had a 1031 transaction go sideways, her team got the deal done and closed! Cant recommend Marcie and Worldwide Title enough!

I just closed on a house and Worldwide Title, specifically Natalie, was so easy to work with. She was very responsive and made the home-buying process more pleasant. She was always available by phone and email when I needed her most.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I purchased a condo in 2021 and this title company was representing the seller at the time. Everyone knows it's the SELLERS responsibility to obtain the certificate of re-occupancy prior to closing. This company did NOT have their client complete the inspection and I didn't find out until I went to sell my condo, I found out that I have to pay a penalty! I contacted Natalie who works as the receptionist in the month of February to see if I could be reimbursed because of their negligence. After weeks of Marcie dodging my calls, I ended up having to go to the office and ask for my reimbursement in person. Here is when I finally got to speak with Marcie directly and she told me that she would contact the realtor to see if he would reimburse me. I reached out to her after our face-to-face conversation, and she ignored my email. Prior to this I had been in contact with the title company who represented me as well and they agreed to pay half of the penalty. Worldwide Title refused to pay anything even though it was their responsibility to have the inspection done. They have done nothing to correct their wrongdoing except give me the run around about who will pay the penalty when in all honesty it should be THEM PAYING IT! THEY DO NOT OPERATE IN GOOD FAITH AND THEY ARE CROOKS OUT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE. This is possibly why they aren't a high-volume title company. Do yourself a favor and find a different company.
