Worst service ever. Very sloppy and made a lot of mistakes that delayed my purchase over and over again. Would not recommend to anyone. Stay away from this company.

The Worst Title Company Service I have worked with. Trying to get a paper where it shows that the Apartment I got, is already paid. No I am selling the unit but I cant resell it because missing this paper, they said that it was my responsibility to ask for the papers at that time. Basically, you need to remember them for their job, even though I do not know anything about Title and Services, nice.
Also, trying to speak by the phone to ask for help, they just hang up on me, no worries it is ok.
Prior getting their service, prepare and study to ask what you need before you get the same answer, and you will be.

Jonathan and the team at Sophia's title services are great. I've chosen to use their title services twice with in a year and they never disappoint. They are reliable and get the job done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend. Thanks
