Trash company. I would give a negative-1 star if I could. Customer service is horrible. And they will do anything to save themselves a buck. Recently ordered a Nike hat. They shipped it in a plastic bag. Not a box. A plastic bag. It arrived all bent, wrecked, with big creases. Just cheap. You order a hat from Nike or Lids or Fanatics or Hibbett, or even Amazon, and they arent stupid enough to put a product that can be bent like a hat in a plastic bag. They take the time and effort to pack and ship it properly. I learned my lesson. No more ordering from Rack Room shoes. Shoot, your next pair of shoes from them probably will come in a plastic bag.
