        This is a cool store to buy shoes but the sales people need to be on the same page with understanding their specials. I bought shoes here 2 weeks ago and the sales lady said I'd get $10 off my next purchase for signing up with their mailing list plus $10 off on my birthday month if used within this month. Today I was getting ready to buy shoes but she wouldn't honor my $10 birthday month special so I didn't buy the shoes. Honor your deals or don't offer them!!!!

        This place has the WOST day to give military discount. Why not everyday like other places? Why not on Saturdays or Sunday then? Not during the week. Prefevable should be every day. Also staff needs better training on customer services snd hospitality to customers.
