Drop a package for second day delivery and the package is lost 10 days after I have to do a claim. They wont even want to return the money that I payed for shipping it. The manager try to solved and it doesnt have to do with the personnel but the process sucks. And the client is the one that suffer.

Rude staff. We got there 10 min before closed and the girl with clear said "We are closed and you can call corporate" Hope UPS can offer a better training for customer service to their employees.
