        I went in to have a 363 page document scanned. No one knew the price for the job. No one was eager to do the job. Got pushed over to the self service scanner with no assistance.

        Tried to go last week (Feb 2024) and it was completely closed with a padlock and papers on the door like it was never going to come back. Im not sure if it is going to ever open again or if it is permanently closed as there was no signage with any explanation and online there was no information either.

        This FedEx staff is RUDE AND NASTY and is hell bent on forcing you into buying their boxes. We were actually coerced into purchasing this lousy cardboard box for $35.00! They have no shame! This is CERTAINLY A PLACE YOU SHOULD AVOID! So nasty that they don't lend shipping customers tape. This is a nasty group of rude NON SERVICE ORIENTED PEOPLE ALL ON DISPLAY. Managers instill this culture. It comes from the top, they are DISGUSTING.
