Do not order online, they WILL get the order wrong. Its happened every time Ive ordered from here.

The lady is very rude.. for some reason your are not allowed to eat inside. Always out of bread, tomatoes or something.. very slow.. has no what so ever costumer courtesy.. we saw three costumers leaving without having anything SUBWAY needs to improve a lot!!

The employee was very rude and then encouraged the other employee to be as well...I asked her to give me a second she started speaking another language no one was in line beside me .. she then waited for another customer to come just to skip over servicing me.. told me now I need to wait a second... I then asked for the store number she refused I asked thee second employee she then said she didn't know it I then asked for the receipt because it would be printed on there she told me no .... I was just racially discriminated and I'm highly upset... never had I ever experienced such service at subway to come outta town to Miami of all places and be treated as such is ridiculous...

So today I decided to go to subway( my last time at this location!) server 4579 and another employee at 12:04 pm 05/16/2022. I have a coupon for a $5.99 sub and a coupon for a free bag of chips. It turned into a bad experience at this subway 24548-0 the employee refused to apply my coupon because she said that gave it to her in the wrong order. My wife had a coupon for a 6 sub, chips and a drink. She gave her coupon for a free cookie. It has nothing to do with my coupon. Long story short they were not customer service inclined whatsoever. It is not about the chips or any other items from subway. Its the way that they both carried themselves. I could go to a thousand other places but my mistake for coming here. for those who choose this subway make sure that the coupon is applied correctly because obvious the employee are incompetent to process it correctly. I will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN OVER A BAG OF CHIPS thats how easy you can lose a long time customer. I hope the owner reads this and brings it to their attention.

This place has the worst service ever. The lady in the afternoon on Sunday's is very rude. I came in with a smile Said hi to her. She was putting lettuces in a container, she looked up and answered saying, the line starts over there, I'll take care of you when I am done. Mind you the store was completely empty. Once she was done she came and asked me what I wanted , then started to prepare my sandwich by literally throwing the cheese on the bread like I was a great inconvenience to her. No smile or even an eye contact. She made me feel so uncomfortable, like I was her enemy or something. The sandwich tasted good. But just because it was made with such aggressions and disdained I was afraid of getting a stomach ache. Never coming back, be sure of that.
