Almost seems like a fly by night company, and they are not reliable. If I said service is horrendous, that would be an understatement. Stubborn and arrogant. For anyone reading this, do yourself a favor and find another dealer.

Dishonest. I would not recommend using KC Food Service. They are liars and will steal from you. STAY AWAY.

My recomendation, stay away. These people look like honest and legit but at the end they did not deliver the full order and have not refunded the money paid. It happened to us. Almost 5 months waiting. Look for them at the Better Business Bereau site (BBB) and see for yourself. Mi recomendacion, hagan negocios con otra compaa. Estos lucen honestos y serios pero al final no entregan equipos y no devuelven el dinero pagado hace 5 meses. Nos est sucediendo. Vean el caso en el Better Business Bureau (BBB).
