Company I work for has used WB Mason for years, such a great experience we now use them at all of our facilities in our district. Prices are comparable to Amazon, next day free delivery. HUGE props to our regular driver Roberto, he's the best! Also our rep Kathy Tylor is wonderful, she set up the accounts for each facility and has been a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend WB Mason

if it was possible to put ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! Service is unreliable. You speak with representatives and they just feed you garbage. What they say will happen and what happens is completely opposite. As a doctors office we need certain supplies in a timely manner and WB Mason just doesnt deliver. I would go and will be going to any other place besides WB Mason!!!

horrible costumer service I waited 17 day for my product it says when I order my keyboard it said that it will come 4 to 6 business days. It says that its backorder so don't recommend w b mason!
