I had a packageless Amazon return and they said no and wanted to charge me. Now I have received a full refund and a complaint about this store was made to Amazon.

Weekend saturday afterweekend saturday they constantly fail to show up before or at the posted opening time of 9.30am in the morning. A long line of people in front of the business today and it is 9.45 and NOBODY is inside and NOBODY showed up to open the business. The customers are seen leaving the business and are irate and perplexed how this can happen over and over. Long lines when open inside and congested and the service is substandard.
