I had the worst expirence with this company and Sal in particular. My ex who committed perjury in order to have me removed from the home lost both her cases and is now being tried for numerous counts of perjury and will lose custody of the children. This did not matter to Sal as he illegally removed me from the lease at her behest against my wishes even though I won the cases forcing me to take legal action against him in the near future. I highly recommend you find another landlord that won't pick sides and let's the court do their thing. They are also faking reviews to up their score, a clear conflict of interest and fraud.

Horrible!! They are slumlords!!My family and I had to live in a house that the ceiling had collapsed for over 2 years and we have reported to them and they didnt take care of that matter. It was literally raining inside of the house! We never stopped paying the rent, until we thought that we were taking for granted. He is a irresponsible person and a very unconsidered landlord!

Salvatore Davide, Realtor put in a lot of time and effort in marketing my 2 BR, 2 bath Condo. Thru his contacts, he was able to find a buyer in a short time, and negotiated a fair price for the sale. If you are looking for a Realtor who will work hard for you, this is the man.
