La Playa Properties does an unacceptably poor job of handling service requests (one month to fix a garbage disposal, four separate requests to fix a broken air conditioner) and then violates Florida law by failing to timely return security deposits and making fraudulent deductions. If you are a landlord who wants to be sued because of a disorganized property management team, look no further. Otherwise, I would stay away.
