He is the best doctor in Miami, he did a wonderful job for me. I recommend him. We come from the state of Delaware to Miami because he is one of the best.

I hope they don't have any problems after the surgery because he has a very bad character... he hangs up on you and doesn't answer your emails.

Dr Varkarakis has done amazing job with my eyelids! Before I met him, I had consultations with 5 other plastic surgeons and had doubts about doing this procedure at all. My friend did blepharo with Dr Varkarakis and once I saw the results I was amazed. Much better than at any before and after pictures I saw on multiple websites. One month after the surgery , even skin care professionals couldnt tell I had any job done. Dr Varkarakis is the best!

Update: Just today, 12/9/23, a friend who knows me well said your eye that the doctor worked on has the Joan Rivers look. As a male, this is difficult to hear. The doctor ignores me now as he wants to wipe his hands of it. I underwent upper blep in January 2022 with Dr Varkarakis. I actually believe I looked better before the procedure. The result was not satisfactory so a repair type of procedure was completed 9 months later. Following the second procedure I noticed a manipulated look that was confirmed by people who know me and without solicitation of feedback! Additionally, I have a pinched or stretched feeling in my eye when it is closed. My sleep is disturbed by this issue. Ive discussed my dissatisfaction with the doctor on numerous occasions. He did refer me to one of his chosen colleagues who suggested no additional surgery at this time. Anyone can see the deformity. He is a very nice person to deal with until such time you have an issue or disagreement. I hesitated to post this review. However, it has become apparent to me that Im left with the poor results wondering how to proceed.

Dr Varkarakis did an amazing job with fat transfer from my abdomen to my face. I look younger, refreshed, skin is supple, and my face is balanced. Not to mention his strict h technique is seamless and after 6 days its barely noticeable. He is very kind spoken and the staff is amazing as well! I highly recommend his expertise!
