Beware the manager at the 79th St location in Miami tried to charge me $200 for the grooming that was announced at $99 in the web for a large dog. Also, the place is a mess

I couldnt be more grateful with Orange Grooming. They welcome our rescued cat with so much love and understanding while we were totally freaked out. Their service from the phone call gave us the confidence that he would be ok. He came out totally cleaned and transformed. They really became part of the experience. GRACIAS

We left our dogs for a week. No updates or communication. They charged us nearly $200 extra because they said after 3 days, they have to bathe and groom the dogs. When we came to pick up our dogs, their collars were missing and they smelled of pee, poo, and were filthy. Not only do we have to take them to another groomer now, we also have to buy new collars!
