I want to do a formal complaint against one of the employees, Edith. Not only has she been consistently rude to me but today I came in at 12:42 instead of 12:30 and she wouldnt accept my dog. I am aware of the 10minute policy but are you aware there is no way to turn into your shopping center without making a Uturn? It took me 3 minutes to make a uturn. I even text and made them aware of the situation that I was very close. She would not accept my dog. I absolutely will not stand for this disrespect anymore. Edith stated she is the manager and then changed her mind and called herself The assistant manager. Oscar the owner was not in and I was not able to complain to anyone else. I hope this review saves someone from the headaches this Edith causes. The rest of the employees have always been nice but Edith feels like she runs the place and if she dislikes you will go out of her way to make you feel extremely uncomfortable about your choice in choosing this place. I feel bad for anyone that encounters her. Petbar, do yourself a favor, fire Edith.
