        Today 11/21/2023 I contacted this location and an individual named "ANA" answered the phone and treated me with sarcasm and arrogance. I told her that I was due for my yearly eye exam and she put me on hold. When getting back on the phone she says "you have the benefits of the eye exam but you are not due for the frames because we are in year 2023 and last year was 2022" in a very disrespectful manner. I called because I have the receipts showing that my frames were done in November/December 2021 and I received good service back then. Having a RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, ARROGANT and UNEDUCATED individual like ANA to treat someone over the phone the way she did today is not appropriate. I contacted the corporate office and had the pleasure to speak to LAURA regarding this individual that doesn't deserve to work for them. My Intentions is to prevent that other customers get treated like she treated me today. ANA needs training with behavior and anger management. ANA loves mock clients and disrespect them over them. PLEASE BE AWARE OF ANA. UNPROFESSIONAL! LAURA thank you for taking my report and I look forward to speak with the regional manager tomorrow 11/22/2023.
