I have been a customer for over 10 years. The doctor is very good explains everything you need to know, and answers questions in an understandable way. John is wonderful he has always helped me pick out frames, that I was and am always very pleased with. He explain some very important things about picking out frames that I didn't know I should consider when picking out a frame. And the receptionist that work at the front desk are and have always been very nice, helpful and professional. I only put5 stars because there wasn't 10
