Micheal and Sara are the most unprofessional people I have ever met. Because the new developments took an extra year to close, micheal forgot about the pending loan mortage we had with them and never followed up. They never cared about our concerns and when we asked to speak to a supervisor or branch manager Sara and Michael would say there wasnt one. Very unprofessional! I went with another bank and thankfully closed with them! This bank is a scam! Run!!!

This bank is a scam! My partner and I were tying to close on a mortage and Michael forgot about us. Never followed up and never cared about our business. This bank is a scam!

I have had a few issues with this bank since I bought my home in 2016. My most recent issue is that they reported a 30 day late payment on my credit report without a phone call or email first. I have an outstanding payment history and obviously over looked one payment (life happens). Very poor customer service to allow this to go on my credit. It's hard enough for a single parent to survive. If I would have received an email, I would have made the payment immediately. The technology that we have today has ways that automatic notifications can be sent, such as an email. Why this company chooses to not utilize it for customers is mind boggling!
