Gaston and his team were poor representatives for my first experience with PRMG services. They were not communicative during this transaction. As the title company, the Buyer's agent, and I engaged with Melissa or Gaston, we would receive partial information or vague nondescript responses, which made the process painfully arduous. This transaction wasn't easy to close to begin with, but if there was full disclosure on Gaston and Melissa's part, obstacles could have been preempted. The Buyer's agent and I worked diligently to keep the lines of communication open with the limited information provided by the PRMG team. The Buyer's had to pay a daily per diem due to the multiple requests for closing date extensions. For the reasons aforementioned, I will not recommend nor use PRMG for any of my transactions moving forward. The negative financial impact was experienced on all sides and could have been avoided.
