Ramon was 10/10! I particularly appreciated his communication; he was always just a text or call away. Ramon is also an expert in his craft; he was able to answer any questions I had quickly and thoroughly. He also exhibited great interpersonal skills as we navigated some choppy waters outside of his control. His dedication to the customer, knowledge, experience, and diplomacy made my mortgage process painless and truly rewarding. Happy to work with him again if the opportunity presents itself.

Yariela was great from day 1. All of her emails were helpful and she answered every email or text quickly. Always answering every question. Very friendly and professional.

If you serious on buying do not use them, Jose will sound like this nice guy who want to the best for you and sound good and all but trust and believe they dollars not professional their underwriter is just someone they pick up have no knowledge, I was supposed to buy my house provide them all the documents needed but at the end of the day the deal didn’t go through because of their diligence and incompetent please do yourself a favor look for knowledgeable lender do not use PRMG better yet do not use Jose office...
