Let me take a few moments to share my experience in refinancing a mortgage with Cooper Mortgage, Inc. I shall preface my remarks by saying the process took exactly two months from application to closing. In my case there were extenuating circumstances, but nothing that would prevent me from refinancing with Cooper Mortgage again.. I want to cite two individuals and they are Mr. Mike Jordan and Ms. Yesenia Rodriguez. I especially want to address Ms. Yesenia Rodriguez. She was my senior loan officer. I don't know if there were a few in the office or just she, but Cooper really needs to know how valuable she is. I am sure they already do. I was refinancing a first mortgage on a condo with two mortgages. It was in the last two weeks that I became disheartened with the process because of extraneous materials the prospective lender wanted and the language and /or semantics used in the condo docs and additional materials needed in the eleventh hour i.e. By Laws, etc . I have had a few closings in my life, but have never worked with anyone like Yesenia. She kept me in the loop from day one. That right there set Cooper apart from anyone else. I learned a great deal from her. She was truly a blessing. She is definitely assiduous to the cause. She has tenacity, forbearance, and KNOWS what she is doing. Although we never met personally, by the end of it all I thought I had a real friend. If anyone happens to read this review, I just want them to know that they definitely want to seek her out. I don't mean to hyperbolize, but she is like a doctor on call 24/7. She is there for the client and gives it her all. Thank you Cooper for having someone like her!!! Francis J Wanat Jr.
