I never imagined being persuaded in a Michelin restaurant. I definitely do not recommend this restaurant. I went to celebrate my birthday. (4 people) As soon as we arrived at the table we were greeted by a Waiter whose job looks like to sell. Our original order was the $75 menu + extra for Wagyu, approximately $110 e/a After insistence, the waiter convinced us that the experience would be much better if we ordered everything separately. I was already feeling bad about being persuaded to decide something at the last minute and the waiters firmly told me that the experience would be much better. Therefore, we followed your recommendation and that it was a bad choice. I felt disappointed. The meats were of excellent quality (the least you would expect from a Michelin restaurant) and we finished there. The sides were really simple - nothing special: mushrooms, lettuce, kimchi and carrots and onions salad. The waiter brought us an extremely spicy rice dish even though I had 2 children at the table. When I complained that we couldn't eat that, he brought 2 bowls of plain rice. In other words, all I had were meats and small side dishes. (Photos) There is a constant change of waiters, so the one who sold the best experience is no longer there, they simply send someone else to continue the service. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a Michelin restaurant. I do not recommend! The bill came to about $750 and we left hungry. Unfortunately. Positive points: The sommelier is highly efficient and kind. The wine list is extensive but it's worth taking a look and asking for a pairing suggestion. I could to say the meat was the highlight of the night, but that's not surprising considering it's a renowned restaurant. They gave us some ice cream to sing happy birthday to, it was kind. Overall, I don't recommend the place! There are places with much better services, where kindness and elegance Bring the pleasure of gastronomic experience. Unfulfilled the highlight of the night was the unforgettable rude waiter.
