Went for dinner on Monday night and food was good, but will not be returning because of the service which was a detriment to the overall experience. When it came time for the check, we waited so long we ended up asking around for staff to find our server and bring the check and we were surprised to find we had been charged $20 for water, when the only options presented to us were sparkling or still. It seemed very misleading that we would be charged for premium water and raised that to our server (when we could eventually find them), who was unhelpful and offered no explanation or apologies for the unexpected charge, as if it should have been expected. Lastly a mandatory 20% service charge was added to the billfor a table of 2.on a quiet Monday evening. Not a suggested tip, but a mandatory charge, with the option to add more, which is pretty ridiculous. Especially for the service we received. Not returning.
