Vital Imaging Center - Brickell / Coral Gables Center

The appointment process doesnt work good. They call you before to confirm, but the two times they called me, they told me a time and when I get to the appointment, the time was different so I had to alter my job schedule which was stressful. I was waiting for so long after my appointment time even when I asked them in my previous visit to be on time since I have to work. The promised me something different considering the fact that the last time I went the procedure could Not be performed and I waiting for more than 1 hour and a half. Not the best experience.

Very Slow, not friendly. To worried about what they are having for lunch. Apt at 11:00 am and sat til 1:00 pm. They don't care!

You go in person to make an appointment, they make you write down a list and wait, then they indicate that it takes approximately one hour to see the new patient for the appointment, what a huge lack of respect. You go in person to make an appointment, they make you write down on a list and wait, then they indicate that to attend the new patient for the appointment it is about an hour, what a greater lack of respect.
