First Choice Neurology

I had to give one star but they deserve no stars. Absolutely no good things to say about this office/practice. No one in this office, including the office manager is willing to listen. They refuse to listen, even when they have made a mistake. Getting medication refills is almost impossible when dealing with them and insurance company. They are rude on the phone and spend no time with you and your concerns. They say they will call back and they dont. As a medical professional, i have to say that have absolutely Poor poor patient care and service. Dr. Gelblum is the only good person I have been in contact with this office, the other staff need much improvement. Get it together.

Ajay Kumar Pandey, MD On my first visit I was very surprised that despite not speaking English perfectly or Spanish, he also had his mouth covered with a mask and a huge glass separated him from me. Nobody in the office wore a mask and neither did the patients, in reference to the staff of that group of specialized Drs, they had no courtesy or respect for anyone, they never answered the phone even if I left a message, THEY NEVER RETURNED THE CALL. Now tell me how I could recommend a patient with those terrible services. It made me very sad to visit that office. Very sad.

I would highly recommend you find another neurology facility. They are extremely unprofessional. I was billed $50 for a missed appointment, even though I never missed the appointment (cancelled the appt prior and have phone records showing this). I have sent three emails via their portal and they dont even respond. I was originally assured this charge would be removed, but.......still hasn't been. Do yourself a favor a find another place to go!
