Came in to look for a mattress with my mom at the Dadeland mall location , the experience was great Jonathan was very knowledgeable about the products and personable, my mom made the purchase and is looking forward to having bliss sleeps

Most excellent education and service @ Dadeland store. The entire staff was wonderful, Especially Jonathan, he patiently explained the different mattresses they carry, and helped me select the perfect one! Jonathan was professional, very sharp minded, patient and generous with his time. He listened carefully and really helped me make an informed choice re my new bed. There were a few glitches w shipping dates and product questions, that were promptly sorted out. Really excellent customer service. Highly recommend this store! Ask for Jonathan

Just wanted to write about my boyfriend and I's amazing experience at this store. Juan was incredibly amazing and the support he provided us was exemplary in all areas. We had been debating for a while on what to purchase, so we wanted to go into the store and make sure we made the right decision before making such a hefty purchase. Juan guided us through the whole process and gave us a great deal/bundle. We are super happy with our new mattress and sets, and are even more excited for our frame to come in.
