Do not waste your time on these very expensive beds! I purchased a mattress (the most expensive they offer at the moment) 2 years ago and nowadays I have the most horrible sleep. My arms are always numb and my back is killing me. I wish I would have never bought this!!

We came on Sunday to shop since the window advertises open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and it was closed. Bad customer service.

This company is a sleazy as they come. The bed we tried in the showroom is not at all the bed they delivered to our house. It's literally a cheap air mattress with a bluetooth enabled air pump inside a cheap piece of foam. Whenever you move on the bed it makes loud sounds just like a $40 air mattress from Walmart. The dual air pumps make it sink in the middle so my wife and I kept rolling into the middle of the bed. The sales lady assured me we had a 100 day trial and the only cost we would incur if we decided to return is that we wouldn't get refunded the cost of delivery ($250). Turns out it's the cost of delivery AND another $250 for pick up. So for a $2000 bed, we're paying $500 to return-- some free trial. Of course, they point to the fine print which indicates there could be a fee associated with return but doesn't specify what the fee is-- again, when I asked the sales lady what that cost was, she assured me it would just be the cost of delivery that would not be returned. I believed her, in good faith. She just straight up lied to me and now I'm out $500 bucks. Don't do it, you'll definitely regret it.
