I am a regular customer of Flamingo Theater Bar and it is a place that we really enjoy. A while ago I reserved a table for 5 people (#74) for the Leoni Torres concert next Saturday, April 6. Yesterday I called to see if I could add 2 more people at the table, because I had checked online and there was a table available (#63), but it had to be a minimum of 4 people, the person who served me named Paola, told me that she could not add 2 people, because The maximum tables were up to 6, but I was going to talk to a superior to see if it could be resolved and he would call me to give me an answer, he never called me, today I made a call and spoke to another person, because Paola was not there, but now table that was available, had been sold and was sold out, but I would tell Paola, who is her boss, so that she could call me and give me an answer about what I had left with me, after 3 hours I called again and I got the same person, telling me to wait to see if Paola had a response, telling me later that they were sorry but it had not been possible, for me, it was very bad service and disrespectful to a client, because they never called me and I am almost sure that they did not the slightest effort in trying to solve and that in my view, was not something impossible, just having had intention and desires.
