I keep calling to make an appointment but no one answers the phone. Literally called thirty time, and once got automated services, but no luck through there because it asked me to leave a message to the doctor for a call back. It has been 3 days and no one has called me back.

Dr. Fernandez is phenomenal. Fantastic bedside manner, medical knowledge and expertise about everything and anything, professionalism, and cares about the well-being of his patients. Without him I don't know where I would be today. I've had a long arduous recovery over 3 years and he always made me feel safe and well taken care of. His entire office team is also fantastic, Sheyla is a wonderful phlebotomist and nurse who is able to withdraw blood painlessly even from the thinnest most challenging veins (mine), she is patient and kind and helped me not be in absolute terror when taking out blood . Keyvi and Lisandra are very kind, patient and professional. The entire team is top notch. I am thankful to them all! Dr. Fernndez is phenomenal. Fantastic patient treatment, medical knowledge and experience in everything, professionalism and concern for the well-being of his patients. Without him I don't know where I would be today. Wow, my favorite doc Graciela. Human, simple, good doctor above all, she knows what she does, what people need. My respect to her and I also have to mention Yisel without her that won't work well there . Thank you
