I don’t think this doctor exists. If you call they lead you to an automated line and any number You press gives you an error and hangs up.

I went to see Dr. Medina about 3 years ago and it seemed good. Last time I went, another doctor took care of me, it looks like he just dissapeared.

i was his patient for over 3 years they always took forever to answer me but in july his office Stop responding my emails and returning my calls after they made a mistake with my insurance that cost me a lot of money.... when i found out I went in person to the office to see if they could fix and why they were not answering and ound out that they had moved their office and completely ghosted me and all his patients... oh! but he has enough time to be in a burger king tv spot...the irony.....

Liked the doctor a lot very knowledgeable and professional. However, coordination and administration there is horrible. First, I was passed to a new doctor no one asked me if It's ok with me or not until I was already there for the appointment. I would appreciate if some one would check with me first. Second, you can never have this office to return your calls or request not via email not via email or web portal. They just never return your calls or emails. For instance, I have been audited on my HSA account and needed office to simply email me receipt for the appointment . Took 5 calls and 3 emails over the course of past month and noone responded still, as a result my account now has been suspended and I am not sure how else can I ask this office to respond to me. For appointments it's the same thing: I got my physical in May but they only schedule a going over results appointment in late August. I used to refer my friends to this office but now I am looking for a new doctor myself.

We owe Dr Medina-Smester our lives!!. Do not get misled by any bad reviews from people who easily forget all the good and rather complain about every little thing as if the world must be "perfect" at all times or like if one particular experience applies to all. I strongly believe there is always 2 sides to every story, don't you? Both me and my wife are his patients for over 4 years now and I wont change him for anything!!! His bedside manners are beyond excellent, highly skilled professional, very thorough with his patients (where time is not an issue) and he answers all your concerns with perfect approach and correlation of clinical elements. We can't stop referring him to everyone we know and they love him as well. Staff has gone through many changes (unfortunately) and at times they are very busy (who is not, right??) but they deeply care for patients and always go above and beyond with numerous daily requests. Honestly this world will be a better place if only people see the good in it, instead of letting their anger mature into bitterness...
