    You have the worst service. They came to bring the hospital bed after the patient died. No nurse ever came, really, my opinion is that they should have given better care. After drugging the patient. Well, my impression was that they only wanted the money they would be paid from the relative's Medicare.

She was always attentive, ready to listen, kind, and professional, going extra mile with everything regarding my Mom. She stayed with me until the most harder times with us, and gave me support as well. I strongly recommend this agency for your love ones, they know how to guide you, and take care of any necessities of your family in need.     I placed the 5 stars before writing my review, but had technical issues and was inadvertently disconnected. However, I needed to sign in again to make sure I express how pleased and very pleasantly surprised Ive been from day one with the care, attention, promptness, thoroughness, kindness, professionalism and patient centeredness the staff at Bristol provided for my mother immediately after her hospitalization. Theyre extremely organized to make sure the needs of the patient are met in a most timely manner. From the Liaison, to the Clinical Director, to the Social Worker, and to the Physician and RN overseeing the care; each has been engaged and available when needed to provide exemplary care and service. My mother was only enrolled for a few weeks and needed to temporarily dis-enroll due to a re-hospitalization. Once all issues are resolved, and a choice is made regarding a selection for care, Bristol will be the one again. Having had up-close and personal experience with one of the more popular Hospice / Palliative health care agencies locally (e.g. father and brother enrollees), it baffles me to see the difference.
