The caregivers that work for All County Staffing are very kind , compassionate and professional, I highly recommend their services for anyone or their loved ones. Weather you need them for a few hours or all day, they are very flexible and will work with you.

All County Staffing (ACS) has and continues to be nothing short of awesome. I met with ACS at a 'crisis moment' when my 87 year old dad became very ill. Fortunato, a Manager at ACS, spent several hours with me on a weekend to listen to my story, and suggest an approach for my parents. It was very clear Fortunato was molding the approach based on our specific situation, while also thinking about home care staff whose personalities were a good fit. Up until then, my dad was my 85 year old mom's 24x7 caregiver, given her overall chronically weak and frail condition. ACS jumped in professionally, proactively, knowledgeably, and with deep care and compassion. Fortunato placed excellent, skilled, high quality, home care staff with my mom and dad, providing 24x7 care. He had a clear ability to understand the skills and style required to work with my parents. He developed a direct rapport and relationship with my parents, as well as with me - getting directly involved and engaged, and not simply managing from afar. Fortunato and the home care staff stay in touch with me 24x7, which is critical as I am 1,500 miles away. He stays in touch with the concierge nurse to ensure overall coordination and synchronization. My dad passed away a few months ago. Fortunato and his team's support throughout this time has been nothing short of amazing. He sat in the hospital with me all night. It is clear to me that ACS's work goes far beyond a 'job' -- it's a deep commitment, passion, and desire to help others. Fortunato continues to support my mom moving forward. I sleep nights, and am able to do my job and take care of my family 1,500 miles away thanks to the support system I have with ACS and Fortunato. During Hurricane Maria, my mom was evacuated to a hotel an hour away. Fortunato handled these logistics completely. When my mom had to travel to NYC for my dad's funeral, Fortunato handled everything from flights to hotels to ground transportation. My mom recently had to move to an AirBnB while her apartment was being renovated. Again, Fortunato secured the rental, ensured the move was handled seamlessly, and checked in on my mom regularly - while periodically checking in on the renovations on my behalf. Going 'above and beyond' would be an understatement. There is a service mission culture, and a 'take care of the person' commitment that goes far beyond the hourly home care support. Now, when I visit my mom, I come to see her and spend time with her. I don't worry about or focus on all the day-to-day issues, as ACS has everything well under control. Fortunato and ACS have truly become an extension of my family. My mom is happy, safe, and doing well - which means everything to me. This has only been made possible by ACS. As a widow who lost her husband of 65 years, whom she's known for 80 years - the companionship with the ACS team has been far more than basic home care support. My mom calls the home care team her 'angels'. I couldn't imagine a better solution for my mom at this time.
