This shop is a real scam. I gave my piano for them to sell - never answered my calls again, no news. They literally stole my instrument and there is no way to communicate. I feel I've been stolen and there's no one to talk to.

Lisa is THE BEST I have purchased many pianos from her shes always treated me like one of the family every time I walk into the store to purchase a piano shes always smiling even on a rainy day Lisa always provided me with concert rentals and even best price when I was moving all of my grand pianos to my new house I dont shop at any other store except for Victor Piano because they know exactly what Im looking for in a piano everyone of my Pianos came from a Victor Pianos Victors also has a great service program for tuning and regulation and even restoring Even though I gave five stars on this review I absolutely could give infinity more because I am always happy every time I play my Pianos Services: Moving-related packing, Vehicle transport, Oversized-item moving, Moving-related storage, Local moving

I have purchased many pianos from Victors over the years. I am a collector and I enjoy each and every piano I bought. They have a great selection and their sales people are pleasant and very helpful. The pianos are always delivered on time by knowledgeable and careful movers. I highly recommend them for their friendlyness and convenient location. The piano pictured is similar to the one in the movie Casablanca. It has a player system attached and it is my favorite. Service: Local moving
