Ricardo Gonzlez Padr. Excellent physical therapist. Excellent person. He treats his patients with respect and affection. Ask for him. I recommend it.

Had hip replacement on Monday, therapy was set for Tuesday, however turns out they had changed schedules won't be seeing a therapist till Friday. The doctors insisted I start therapy the next day not 4 days later. I highly recommend avoiding Serenity at all costs.

We assigned this agency twice and they never followed up on the client's wound care. The first time they never came because they were given a wrong number. The next time they sent out the RN for an assessment and then a nurse came to do wound care without any supplies and then we never heard back from them. It's unacceptable to take a client for wound care and drop them without notifying the client that no one will be helping them. So the wound is steadily getting worse and they could not call the client to inform them they will not be providing ANY care! They get 0 stars from me!
