This agency is not professional. They set our current health aid with a new patient and did not inform us or provide a replacement. We found out the same day she didn't want to continue. My grandmother is 96 years old and requires full attention so leaving her home health aid services on the same day is unacceptable. It took me multiple phone calls to find a new agency. I hope your family members don't have to go through the same mistreatment. This agency does not operate in a professional manner. They assigned other patients to the assistant without informing us or providing us with a replacement. They told us the same day that she decided not to come when they knew in advance. My grandmother is 96 years old and requires full-time care. It took me a whole day to find another agency because they didn't take the time to find someone new knowing that my grandmother required constant care. I hope your loved one doesn't have to go through the same situation. I don't give it zero stars because I can't.
