I would like to thank everyone who I have met since my Dad moved into the Palace. Without calling out all the names, I would say their customer service has been A+++++. Especially the employees at the front reception and all of the Valet crew. I would like to give an extra shout out to Yasiel Alvarez R.N. He has gone above and beyond to keep me informed of all medical and rehab related issues pertaining to my father's health and well being. He is compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough and has excellent communication skills!!!! In my opinion he has gone the extra mile to keep my sister and I informed. We both live out of state.

The Palace at Home has provided extraordinary service to my Neightbor who does not have any family members. She has required physical therapy and nursing services intermittently and they have always been there to assist. We are so thankful to have found such an amazing company that has great staff to assist the elderly.

Our family selected The Palace at Home, Broward division after an extensive search for home healthcare. We are extremely happy with their staff and services available. Their staff is very caring and love what they do. My wife has shown a tremendous improvement since she has come home and been in their care. This is a wonderful company of excellent healthcare professionals.
