        The location is amazing. I've lifted in boutique gyms but the equipment in this location is top tier. David is really knowledgable about weightlifting and if you've suffered from injuries, he really knows how to help with those imbalances. I really recommend this facility whatever your goals are, if it's weightlifting or weight loss

        I've been training at this facility for close to two years... excellent coaching and results... multiple gains in endurance and strength. Although I've been into fitness and endurance sports all my life, I've never had a personal trainer till I wound up at Elite (you can say by accident)... best decision ever. Professional, flexible, knowledgeable, reliable... I travel a lot and I need a trainer that can make the most of my limited time... Dave is the man. Very happy with the results
