Sean is the hands down best trainer I've ever worked with. He is extremely passionate about his craft and provides personal training at an elite level. Form over everything. Highly recommend Raw Fit 305!

Raw Fit 305 is a wholllle vibe! The classes will have you coming back for more. I love that every class is so different. Sean really focuses on making sure your form is correct, youre in alignment and really activating the muscle group for each exercise. You are more than motivated while class is going on and youll feel like a million bucks walking out of each class. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing energy & class (Glute Lab). Sean is truly a top notch trainer with a serious focus on impeccable form, alignment & isolating/activating the correct muscle groups for real gains. I felt challenged, motivated & definitely worked up a serious sweat. Thank you for a super fun session!

Best gym in Miami! Group classes will have you wanting more! The energy, the community, and trainers are incredible! On top of that they actually know what theyre doing! Noticed a huge difference after really committing and working on my form! Super happy I found this place :) Worth every penny!
