Event Factor was so awesome to work with. They provided DJ/MC services, dance floor wrap, lighting, and confetti cannon for our September 2023 wedding. Josh and the rest of the team at the wedding were so kind and helpful. Our call with Josh prior to the event put our mind at ease, and he definitely delivered! The dance floor was packed from the first song to the last. We are from two different cultures which comes with different music taste and dance styles, and Josh curated the perfect vibe that kept everyone up and having fun.

Event Factor is the absolute best in the business! There aren't enough words to describe how amazing they are. As a wedding planner, I work with them often for my amazing clients and they always come through. As a bride, the experience was that x10000. From the moment you inquire and receive a proposal, the team is second to none. Darlin has become a personal friend at this point. She is SO attentive to all the details and gives her professional and honest opinion every time. Alex was also a pleasure to work with! So detailed throughout the entire process. Mike has always been and will always be the best DJ to us! Unfortunately he was not able to DJ our wedding but Darlin recommend DJ Flo. He was everything!!!! When I tell you my husband and I did not leave the dance floor, I mean it! No one did, actually. To this day we still get compliments that it was the best wedding with the best music, etc. We loved everything - especially all those fun extras! We owe it all to Darlin and the Event Factor team! Making this wedding planner turned bride's dreams come true (and then some!).

Hired Event Factor to handle all my wedding's entertainment and lighting, and everything was PERFECT (and Darlin was a dream to work with)! Both bands were amazing (string quartet and latin band), and the dance portion was just BEYOND! The DJ played all our requests (we had well over 50 songs), the instrumentalists killed it, and the hora loca dancers were the cherry on top. Not to mention the string lights and uplights created just the ambiance we envisioned. I would hire them again in an instant...simply the BEST!

We've had the privilege to work alongside Event Factor as Miami wedding photographers for the last decade at venues like the Biltmore, Hotel Colonnade, and more! All of their DJs are phenomenal and keep the guests on the dance floor having the time of their lives. Their light production is also top notch and aids us in creating beautiful images for our couples as lighting is super important! We highly recommend Event Factor for your sound and productions needs!
