Should be 0 stars, doesn't even deserve 1 star. I am a Hilton Diamond and a Hilton Grand Vacarions owner and this is the worst property in the system, made the Motel 6 look like the Ritz Carlton. I arrived to Miami 930pm. I called the property for over 45min to request airport shuttle, no answer. Ended up ordering a Lyft. Hotel says phones work. I was still calling while at the front desk, the phone was not ringing. Went up to my room, digital key didn't work. Went all the way back down to get a physical key. Find out airport shuttle starts at 6am, wasn't stated on website anywhere. Half of Miami flights depart before 6am so that's the dumbest thing I've ever heard of. Every other Hilton property I've stayed at starts between 4am-5am. So had to get another Lyft. Room was disgusting, run down, old, had hairs all over the place, missing towels, air conditioner didn't heat, as it was 40 degrees in Miami. Hot water did not work, so took cold shower in cold room. Tried calling front desk, no answer. I want a full refund, plus what I spent on transportation. Hotel will not answer phones, nor respond to complaint filed.

The rooms had a smell of mildew. The staff changed our room after we complained of the smell. However, the new room had a stench, and the pillow cover and sheets had spots on them. The hotel needs a renovation as soon as possible. We've received a refund and I booked under another hotel for the evening
